Ein wichtiges Standbein unseres&nbsp; Betriebes ist mittlerweile die Haselnusspflanzung, genau 1600 Haselb\u00e4umchen wachsen auf den nach S\u00fcd-Ost ausgerichteten H\u00e4ngen des Hofes. Mit einer Haselnussknackmaschine werden unsere N\u00fcsse geknackt, gesch\u00e4lt und anschlie\u00dfend zu \u201egebrandlten\u201c Haseln\u00fcssen veredelt. Die F\u00f6rderung und Bewahrung der Saatgutvielfalt ist eine unsch\u00e4tzbar wichtige Aufgabe f\u00fcr eine gute und lebenswerte Zukunft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deshalb sind wir gerne wieder beim n\u00e4chsten Saatgutfestival mit unseren frisch gebrandlten Haseln\u00fcssen dabei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haseln\u00fcsse in der Schale und gebrannte Haseln\u00fcsse verkaufen wir auf M\u00e4rkten und ab Hof.
